My Hero

Growing up I never really liked people who were in the media, I really never cared if they had one kid or ten, whether they liked their wife or didn't... just didn't care for those who were 'famous' and I have always felt that they should be able to keep their life private if they so wish. Recently (within the last eight years) I found a real appreciation for Brad Paisley. I don't know much about him, I don't think I need to know whether he has four dogs or whether he has had plastic surgery in order to appreciate his music. I have a real appreciation for his talent, and yes my friends he has an amazing talent. If for no other reason than my husband and I both like his songs... if you knew my husband and the crap he listens to you would understand (wink). Brad Paisley sings funny songs (my husband prefers these) and very heartfelt felt songs (I probably prefer many of these). He can make you laugh because he chooses fishing over his wife, or make you cry because he misses his grandpa and he can't wait to get to where he is going.
My husband and I were able to go to his concert this last week when he came to Las Vegas, the photos are just regular point and shoot photos (I would have brought the big camera but the tickets said no photos, and when we got to the concert the signs said no professional cameras) so they aren't anything special but it was an amazing night for me to get to see one of my 'heroes' in real life...
